Project Description

This project aims to renovate the exterior of a building in Yongdu-dong, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul, utilizing the location’s high accessibility from Sungbukcheon and Sinseol-dong as an advantage. Through a distinct exterior design that draws the attention and footsteps of passersby, this project aims to increase the physical and symbolic value of the current building, starting from Yongdu-dong as the “Starting Point of Novelty.”

본 프로젝트는 서울특별시 동대문구 용두동 건축물 외관을 리노베이션하는 것으로 성북천과 신설동으로부터 높은 접근성을 가지고 있는 현 건축물의 입지적 장점을 활용하여, 새로운 것의 시작점(Starting Point Of Novelty)을 통해 용두동을 시작점으로 행인들의 시선과 걸음을 이끌 수 있는 차별화된 외관 디자인으로 현 건축물의 물리적 및 상징적 가치의 상승을 목적으로 합니다.
