We propose a novel exterior design that can create a new image and value by giving an identity to the back alleys that lack identity through something new, breaking away from the existing architectural style. Firstly, the concept of three peaks of Mountain reflects the topographical characteristics of Gangbuk-gu, and secondly, the human scale reflects the scale of the site's vicinity.
