Reborn Tower (리본 타워) A Reborn Tower that Resembles a Twin 쌍둥이 같이 생긴 다시 태어난 타워 서울특별시 강남구 논현동에 위치한 근린생활시설 Neighborhood Facilities Tower Design in Nonhyeon-ro, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, Korea 논현동 골목에 과거부터 현재까지 이어진 정체성이 부족한 것에 초점을 두었습니다. 기존의 건축 양식에서 벗어나 새로운 것을 통해 정체성이 부족한 뒷 골목에 아이덴티티를 부여하여 새로운 이미지와 가치를 만들수 있는 참신한 외관 디자인을 제안합니다. 현재 논현동 골목에 들어선 건축물들은 오래전부터 사용되어져온 벽돌을 재료로한 경우가 대부분으로, 과거의 붉은색 조적 벽돌 건축에서부터 길이가 긴 벽돌 재료를 주외장재로 사용하고 있는 추세입니다. 논현동 골목에 획일적인 디자인이 아닌 새로운 아이덴티티를 가질 디자인을 제안합니다. Discovering New Identity : Fragmented Gangnam 파편화된 강남의 건축물 디자인에 새로운 정체성을 부여하면서도, 합리적이고 경제적인 구조와 공간 레이아웃, 그리고 섬세한 디자인 디테일을 모두 갖춘 계획안을 제안합니다. 이는 강남의 다채로운 건축적 특성 사이에서 획일된 정체성을 부여하여 지역의 아이콘으로 자리잡는 것을 목표로 합니다. Against this backdrop, ’compact cities‘, the opposite of megacities, are gaining attention as an environmentally friendly and livable urban model. In particular, the concept of the ’15-minute city‘ aims for a city where all essential facilities are located within a 15-minute walk, emphasizing walkable streets, accessibility to everyday services, large parks and open spaces, and the integration of a circular economy. The exhibition showcases the work of 12 students, divided into four teams, who were given a two-kilometer radius of land on which to design a future Robust Compact city. The land was given as a blank slate, and the students were given creative freedom to realize their own vision of the future city. 도시화가 급속도로 진행되는 현대 사회에서, 대도시의 문제점인 혼 잡, 불평등, 대규모 에너지 소비 등의 문제는 우리에게 지속 가능한 미래 도시의 필요성을 일깨워줍니다. 이러한 배경 속에서 대도시와 는 반대되는 개념인 ’컴팩트 시티‘는 환경 친화적이고 생활 편의성 이 높은 도시 모델로 주목받고 있습니다. 특히, ’15분 도시‘라는 개 념은 모든 생활 필수 시설이 도보 15분 내에 위치해 있는 도시를 지향하며, 걷기 좋은 거리, 일상적인 서비스 접근성, 넓은 공원 및 오픈 스페이스, 순환 경제의 통합 등을 강조합니다. 이번 전시는 12명의 학생들이 4개의 팀으로 나누어, 2km 반경의 대지를 바탕으로 미래의 강소도시를 설계한 결과물을 선보입니다. 주어진 대지는 아무것도 없는 상태였으며, 학생들은 창의적이고 자 유롭게 자신만의 미래 도시 비전을 구현해냈습니다. #studiosunggipark #ssp #sspdss #architecture #architecturaldesigner #archi

RIPPLE TOWER (뉴 웨이브 타워) WAVY TOWER LIKE TWINS 두 개의 타워처럼 생긴 물결 타워 서울특별시 강남구 논현동에 위치한 근린생활시설 Neighborhood Facilities Tower Design in Nonhyeon-ro, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, Korea 건물의 안전을 책임지는 기초와 지하층 시공중입니다. 지하를 안전하게 팔 수 있도록 도와주는 흙막이 철골보는 층이 올라가며 조금씩 철근콘크리트로 대체됩니다. We are currently constructing the foundation and basement, which are responsible for the safety of the building. The soil retaining steel beams help safely excavate the underground and are gradually replaced with reinforced concrete as the floors rise. 좋은 디자인을 구현하려면 좋은 시공이 함께해야하고, 좋은 시공은 안전한 현장관리에서 시작이 됩니다. SSP건축사사무소는 좋은 디자인 구현을 위해 사무실 밖의 현장 또한 꼼꼼하고 안전하게 체크합니다. 현장에서 일하시는 분들 또한 안전할 수 있도록 생명줄과 안전난간 설치, 현장 정리등을 신경쓰고 있습니다. Floating Cross House (플로팅 플러스 하우스) Cross-shaped Box with Ambiguous Boundaries 바다를 조망하는 유리로 지어진 집 Single House Design in Najin Village, Yeosu, Jeollanam-do, Korea 전라남도 여수시 나진에 위치한 단독주택 여수시 나진리에 자리잡은 단독주택 시공현장입니다. 어느새 모든 골조가 올라가고 창호 및 단열재 공사를 앞두고 있습니다. This is a single-family home construction site located in Najin-ri, Yeosu. Before we know it, the entire framework has been completed, and we are now preparing for the installation of windows and insulation. 지금은 공사 가림막에 가려진 대부분이 바다를 조망하는 창으로 변경될 예정입니다. Currently, most of the construction is concealed by protective barriers, but it will soon be transformed into windows offering a view of the sea. 여수 바다가 가득 담긴 일상을 누릴 수 있도록, 마지막까지 성실히 감리하도록 하겠습니다.
